Seattle Streetcar operations and maintenance facility serves the needs of the new First Hill Streetcar line in Seattle. This project achieved LEED Gold certification, the First Hill O&M facility significantly reduced its energy usage by making the recommended updates.  The building featured a sloped green roof for rainwater collection, and site configuration for natural views, extensive daylighting, and ventilation.
